• Add Offer to your eligible American Express card.
• Book your car rental directly through Budget.com, the Budget mobile app, Budget US phone reservations, or in-person at participating Budget corporate-owned locations in the US.
• Pay for your rental with the enrolled American Express card by March 29, 2026. Your total spend must be $250 or more.

Important Exclusions

• Offer valid only for vehicle rentals made directly with participating Budget Car Rental corporate-owned locations in the US.
• Rentals must be picked up and returned to Budget corporate-owned US locations only.
