Frequently Asked Questions
How can I use a promo code when shopping at Garnet Hill?
Garnet Hill typically provides a dedicated field for promo codes during their checkout process, often labeled 'Promotion Code' or 'Discount Code'. Online shoppers should look for active codes on deal sites or directly on Garnet Hill's homepage before finalizing their purchase. Always ensure the code is applied and the discount reflected before completing the order.
Does Garnet Hill offer free shipping, and what are their typical shipping costs?
Garnet Hill frequently offers free shipping promotions, often tied to a minimum purchase threshold or specific promotional events. Without a special offer, their standard shipping rates are usually based on the order total. For the most current information, it's best to check their shipping information page directly on their website.
When are the best times to find sales and discounts at Garnet Hill?
Garnet Hill often holds seasonal sales events, such as end-of-season clearances, holiday promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), and mid-season refreshes. Subscribing to their email newsletter is an excellent way to get immediate notifications about upcoming sales and exclusive subscriber-only offers. They also have a dedicated 'Sale' section on their website for ongoing markdowns.
Are there benefits to signing up for Garnet Hill's email list or loyalty program?
Yes, subscribing to Garnet Hill's email list is highly beneficial for deal-hunters, as they frequently send out exclusive discounts, early access to sales, and announcements for new arrivals. While they don't explicitly advertise a traditional points-based loyalty program, email subscribers often receive personalized offers. It's a quick way to ensure you don't miss out on special promotions.
What is Garnet Hill's return policy if I need to send something back?
Garnet Hill aims for customer satisfaction and typically accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or unused merchandise within a specified timeframe, often around 90 days from the purchase date. Customers can usually return items by mail using a prepaid label provided by Garnet Hill. For precise details and any exclusions, always consult their official return policy page.
How can I track my order from Garnet Hill?
